Jim was in town
thats what I had to tell her
And he had found out
about his child
Jim was very mad
and I am very glad
That they are both gone for good

I would have told Sherry Matthews
that he should have been mine
But I guess now
I'm glad he's in jail
Cause Sherry killed his child
and I knew all the while
He'd kill her
and he'd end up in jail
