Ballerina
I dreamt I was a Ballerina
locked in a cage
on a music box
I would peer out throught the rusted bars
and be glad
I was on the inside
I could dance and dance
to the song the music box played
and never get tired
I never had to worry
all the sadness was
on the other side
of the rusted bars
I had Happiness in my cage
Dancing and Music
I never had to go out
and face bad things
I only knew my world
My dancing, music world
Then from my contented sleep
I awake
to face the bad things
The ballerina was out of her cage
