Shrunken Apple Heads

Ingredients
apples
a cup of lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
paring knife

Mix the lemon juice and salt together and soak the peeled apples in it for a minute or so.
You don't even need to remove all of the skin.
You can core or not core at your discretion.
The cored ones dry quicker but as long as you give them enough time to dry they keep the same.
Once the apples are done soaking, remove and place on a platter
